Create an email address

If you haven't already done so, you need to create an email address on your Plesk or cPanel interface and make sure you choose a complex password. There are various mail clients like Gmail, Thunderbird, Mailspring, Foxmail, Mailbird, etc.

Add a mail account to your software

Open your program, then add a mail account with the following information:

Host: mail.yourdomain.com
User: [email protected]
Password: Password of the email address

IMAP (Receive emails) :
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL

SMTP (Sending emails) :
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL

Test the connection

Click the "add account" button, if the connection to the server does not work, check the correctness of the login credentials.
